And, weighing in in this corner...

So, it's been a long week, and I really should have done this earlier, but Annie went to the doc this week.
On Tuesday, I stayed home from work and took Annie in for her second round of shots. All I can say is that if they hit adults with needles which were proportional to the ones that they hit Annie with, you'd be looking at 9-12" needles! Not fun. That being said, I think she handled it about as well as can be expected. She cried, for about an hour, and then slept for about 2, and then woke up with a passion!
The interesting news of the day was that we got updated weight and height for the girl. She is now 26" long, and 15lbs. 11oz.!
To put that in some perspective, most babies grow 7 inches in their first year. Annie has grown 6 in her first 4 months. Also, most babies double their birth weight in the first 6 months, Annie has doubled and then some in the first 4 months.
It's official, she's an amazon woman, it's only a matter of time before she towers above Nikki and thinks she can take on her old man!
Hope everyone is well, we've been bad about blog posts lately, but she's been doing all sorts of things. Laughing, giggling, almost rolling over, and even trying to hold her bottle when she feeds at daycare. We'll try and get a good update post together as soon as we can. Until then, take care!
